Hi All,

I am new to this forum and am here to share.

I have seen interviewing from all possible views.

As an educator preparing my students, as a manager hiring for my team, as a trainer preparing other managers to hire, as an interviewee for getting selected .

That can i say has given me some insights into what works best and i would like to share . Besides i have worked on various management areas like leadership, communication, team building and goal setting .

Will be willing to share all that i know.
