It seems that we are supposed to make an introduction here so voila! My name is Anthony Betteridge, I am from the United States. I found edufire while I was looking to supplement my french teaching job with private tutoring opportunities. I am a university student studying biology and french. I was married a year ago and my wife and I are expecting a new baby in November which occupies much of our thoughts and plans for the moment. We are both american but met in france while I lived there for two years. I love developing relationships with the people I teach french to. I get to work with couples who are preparing to serve LDS missions in french speaking areas. Most of them are over 50 years young and many have never learned french before. I love guiding them as they put forth effort in learning the language. I am excited to meet many of you and explore the opportunities here on edufire.

Hello and Welcome, ciao ciao de Venise!!

Hi everyone and thanks for the warm welcome. We don’t know yet if it will be a boy or a girl. We will have an ultra sound in about three weeks! we can’t wait. I lived in quite a few different city’s in France including Grenoble, Dijon, Nancy, Annecy and Strasbourg. I loved my time there. I went as a missionary for the Mormon church. It was an experience I will never forget.
