Hi Paulina :) Nice to have you here! I hope you manage to get a web cam! |

Hey Paulina! Nice to have you aboard! A webcam is useful but not essential. I have Japanese lessons and for the past two weeks my webcam hasn’t worked and I have still been able to participate in the lessons. As far as the contest goes, why not do a flash entry? Animate a photo of yourself and add sound, after all, they are looking for the most creative videos! There are always ways round difficult situations :) I hope you enjoy your time here! |

If you don’t have a webcam don’t worry too much, voice only is just as good, it really sharpens your listening skills. There are lot’s of ways you can get a video together without needing a webcam. Lot’s of phones have cameras these days, ask a friend to film you speaking in a second language and then edit on your pc later. There’s also heaps of free software for editing video online, it doesn’t need to be too fancy. |

Welcome to eduFire Paulina! |

Hi Paulina, welcome to eduFire. You certainly can have a session without a webcam. The tutors can still provide you with visual aids. What is most important is that you can hear each other. Don’t let not having a web cam hold you back. Have fun! |
