Hello! (Japanese 日本語）

Hi, i am Jon and I am new to edufire. I actually made this profile a couple days ago but haven’t gotten around to an introduction. I am a 19-year-old student at the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. I am pursuing dual degrees in BBA and Japanese. I am here to work on my conversational Japanese. Any other Japanese speakers out there?
I really think that this website is a very innovative idea. I have been self studying over the summer and found my conversational strength a bit lacking. Then I looked for tutors on Craigslist. I found someone and told my mom, and she thought that the tutor was on the computer. Then it hit me. The webcam is an excellent tool for learning a language. I searched google and quickly found this place. I wish I thought of this idea! It’s really great!

Hello, Jon. Do you know that Jon Bishke thought of this concept? He shares your name. There are many great tutors out there on this site. Go for a test drive! I’m sure you will love it! It’s so convenient! Lindsay Wadman tutors in Japanese and I have used her as a tutor. She tutors Japanese students locally. Lindsay is a tutor of several languages and very experienced. I know there are other good tutors, too.
