I have taught 3 lessons, but still no feedback from any of the students. And one of my students told me that he couldnt find “feedback request” buttons from me on his page and I should insert one for him. But I’ve no idea how to do it. Please help me. |

Shouldn’t it come automatically after 1 hour? |

That’s what I thought. But it has never come out for my class. I’m so puzzled. |

Hi Audrey. The feedback button does apear automatically after a little while, once the class has been completed. Are your classes though a series? If so, the feedback button will only appear once the whole course has been completed. |

Thanks a lot, Debbie. You have solved my problem. Can you please also tell me how to cancel a lesson? |

Hi Audrey! I have just replied to your message about this but in addition please note that if you cancel a class, it will cancel the whole series if that applies. |

some times students don’t give it.So you can just request again…….. |

Hi Audrey, I had this same problem and just had to wait for the 4 week series to end. I couldn’t cancel because students were signed up. I didn’t realize I was doing that when I created it. I also realized that maybe students didn’t want to sign up for four weeks but they were automatically without realizing it. So now I’ve just been making each class individually on one day. It’s pretty easy with the “clone this class” button and just change the date and time. But now I’m also wondering if it might be good to have some that are series and that maybe if it “forces” them to sign up for more than one class maybe that will encourage them to come – but that may not be the case at all, I’d love to hear what others think about that. I guess I should just explain it in the class description. I’m thinking about taking your class as soon as I can find some time on a Sunday. |
