I type in my Profile Address and receive the “it’s yours” response. Then I recieve a "customer URL not available. Please advise.

Have you tried navigating to a different page outside of eduFire, typing the profile address such as http://edufire.com/(your profile address here.) and try to see if it works? It may be that the address was not ready on the eduFire server at the time.

I just clicked your name by your icon and I went directly to your page. However, I am puzzled because the image you show as your profile picture is not yet showing up here in the forum thread. If you look at my response you will see my profile picture next to it. This is the picture I use on my profile page.

I wonder if the message you got is affecting your avitar on the forum thread.

Mia, You definitely have an issue with your profile picture and I’ll look into that for you.

I have looked at your profile and from what I can see, you have not yet completed your profile URL, it’s empty.

OK, I think I’ve fixed your picture for you. I think the original was just too big. It now appears to work fine.

So, if you now view your profile, then ‘Edit’ it and choose a word as part of your profile address and let’s see what happens.

You can do anything you like Mia :)

Bear in mind that the resolution will be lower and will result in a ‘fuzzy’ picture and also you will lose the ability to use all the other pods such as: chat, share pod (for powerpoint presentations etc.)

Hi Mia! Is the address that you signed up for with eduFire, also your paypal address? If so, there is nothing more to do. If it is different, there is an area in your profile to add in a paypal address.
