I don’t want to use the cam, is that possible? |
|
|
Yes it is possible to use eduFire without a webcam – you would still be able to speak and also use the text chat. Personally, I find it easier to feel I know a person if I have seen them as well as talked with them, but that may not be important to everyone. Why not go along to a free orientation session and you will see that students don’t often use a camera in classes anyway – it is more important for tutors. Even there I have attended one class where the tutor preferred not to be visible and that went reasonably well too…. |

I joined the superpass program, the said they’ll take 29$ every month once the superpass had finished….what if i didn’t like it after the 7-days trial? will they still take from those 29$ ?? it’s not possible!! |

Hi M.J A.D, |

Thank you Mair Lloyd for your quick reply, one more thing i need to ask about, when i click on a superpass class and register it shows me a price like 5$ or 7$ and says " you won’t be charged separately" what does that mean? I already paid 1$ for the 7-days trial…. |
|

While you are in your superpass trial, you won’t be charged anything extra for superpass classes – $1 is all you pay for the 7 day trial. If you didn’t have superpass, you would be charged $5 or $7 for the class. Superpass is a real bargain! |

oh, so those were just " for the info"….yeah it’s a real bargain! =D |

Hey MJAD, You can also unsubscribe yourself from your “My eduFire” Page. Click on SuperPass settings and cancel if you don’t like it after the 7-day period. I would not recommend sending an e-mail in to cancel, because there’s a chance we won’t see it in time to cancel it before you get rebilled after the first week. Cancelling from the SuperPass Settings page will be immediate and there will be no wait time. |

Thanks for bringing in that good advice Koichi. Sorry I wasn’t quite as on the ball as you this time ;-) I hope it all goes well for MJAD and his superpass trial. |

Good to know Koichi. Just for your info, right now when you click the link Koichi has for SuperPass settings, I get an “hit a bump in the road” error message. |

Thanx for the info =) |

You may have to close out of your log in and log in again. Also have you loaded the Adobe software onto your computer? When I went for my first class that was an issue. It really is important to take the Orientation so that you know these little tricks. Send a note to hello@edufire.com and they will get you on line and in the classroom, hopefully for an orientation then it’s really easy. |

ok~ i’ll try that…thanx |
