Idea: Ability to post comments on "implemented ideas"

Right now, we can’t comment on implemented ideas. I mean, I want to say thank you to all the great things that are getting implemented!

Though…I suppose it could be useful if an implemented idea didn’t get implemented quite right. Maybe there’s a little glitch or something.

Really, though, 99% of the time I just wish I could thank you through the comments!
