Idea: Saving Whiteboards, etc

When working with Smartboards at school I use the following software:
http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-US/Products/SMART+Board+software/default.htm
I have no idea if they have a browser based version, but it is a format that I’d imagine many teachers will be familiar with.
It has wonderful features and I’ve really made use of the ability to save things I create on the whiteboard. It’s great for future lessons and such. I could definitely imagine here eventually turning your whiteboards into a curriculum of sorts as you work with students.

We've got this in mind but, for right now, its not something we can do. That said we do recognize the power of being able to more easily provide content for teachers to use in their sessions and we've got some plans in that area.

I save all of my text and pics and then cut and paste them where I need them....white board, chat window. That way they are saved and I can have a student copy and save it wherever they want it. But someday this would be nice to have so it's all in the Content Library.
