Idea: Idea Graveyard for ideas that will not be implemented.

Currently there is a list of ideas being discussed, and a list for ideas that have been implemented. It would be great if we could filter them further and create an idea graveyard where all ideas that are not going to be implemented will be placed. This would minimize the list of active ideas for the member to search through.

I like this, Tina... superb idea!! The list is really quite long.. and some of the suggestions/ideas are similar... a "graveyard" would definitely make the on-going list more manageable. =)

Maybe a "backburner" list would be more appropriate, for things that won't get implemented for a while (maybe because it would take too much time, or whatever reason). A lot of good ideas are just impossible to get going at this moment, and there are plans to do them in the future, but this would help simplify things the way you said, as well!

I'd like to see this one a step further: each idea would have a 0-100% completion meter, so users could see how close a particular idea would be to being implemented. Then for the graveyard, it could mention as such. It'd be nice to see which ideas are actively being worked on and how soon we could expect them. :)
