Idea: Introduce Spanish test prep

There is only one official test of Spanish as a foreign language called DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera), so it would be great if it could be included on the Subject Selection, so teachers could also offer that option.

I love this idea. In fact, I am working on it now with Concha and Graciela so why not add it as an official class.
