Idea: Descriptions/explanations on badges page

It would be nice to have some descriptions of some of the badges beyond just the titles currently in place, so that people know (for example) what it takes to become a bronze forum participant, and then a silver participant, or one that explains what “I can has internets!” means? Most of the badges are self explanatory (3 Classes Taken), but a few are not.
In another thread in which I raised this, Katie S suggested flags that pop up on pointer contact on the badge description page. If you do it this way, do we each get an Idea badge….?

Only way to get an idea badge is if one of your ideas are implemented from the ideas board :) I kind of like the mystery of some of the badges :)
