Idea: Feature a Top performing instructor each day/week

Featuring a top performer and then allowing other instructors to view them for free potentiall will make every body do better by making it easy to understand what the best stuff out their is like and to actually push them all forward as a result.

also, this acts as free advertising for that Top performing instructor * chaching – they get a bonus

To rate performance, it would be necessary to establish clear performance criteria. There are lots of possibilities. - most classes taught - more students attended -more students returning for another class - best ratings by students - more money earned - more RPS - ... etc.
