Idea: add Esperanto and Macedonian

I’m a near-native speaker of both Esperanto and Macedonian and I would really like you to add them to the list, so that people could more easily find me if they are interested in them.

Hey there, A couple of things: a) You can actually add languages you speak yourself now b) I took the liberty of adding them to the master list already tho c) You need to now edit your profile and enter your rate for these so that you show up as the teacher for these languages. Thanks! Scott
