About Me

Hi there! My name is Leah. Currently, I’m attending college/university to become a teacher. What do I want to teach? Everything (except math and science!)! My main goals are to teach history and Japanese, but I would also love to teach literature, art, music (theory and practice), and a ton of other things. I’m no master of Japanese, but kanji are definitely my thing. Kanji are often seen as being the most difficult part of Japanese, but this simply doesn’t have to be! Part of my method is to teach kanji in the order in which they are taught in Japanese schools. I work from real kanji charts used in Japanese classrooms, and teach each one thoroughly.

I am currently running the first part of a series of classes on kanji. This first set of classes will be free, and the next set will be available for a low price in a few weeks. If I don’t currently have a class open but you would like to attend, please let me know. I’ll open up another class, as long as I don’t have too many running at the moment.
