About Me

Niniane is the founder of Trackville.com. As a former engineering manager at Google, she was the leading force behind Google Lively, a key contributor to Google Desktop, and served on Google’s hiring committee. Her guides to creating resumes and preparing for interviews are widely cited and have made it to the front page of Digg.

Niniane was featured in Fast Company for her work at Google and has spoken at many conferences.

Google highlighted Niniane as the model for future recruits in an HR campaign:
“A co-inventor of 19 patents in various patents of filing, Niniane skipped three grades, learned the Lisp programming language at 10, and started college math classes at 11.
