About Me

I have been a personal trainer for over 17 years specializing in in-home personal training and group exercise. I also want to help those that other trainers shy away from, because they consider them to be to challenging. Why do I do it? Because I love it, I love the people and I love seeing the results.

Not in the Phoenix area, can’t make it to one of my classes, this on-line classroom was created just for you. The On-line class experience is also excellent for those that don’t want to go to the gym or the expense associated with it. You get me, you get fit and all in the privacy of your own home, inexpensively. It’s just you and me working out and making it personal.

Drop in or sign up for multiple sessions. I promise that you will love the class and the time we spend together so much that you will come back over and over again. Remember that consistency is the key to being successful at losing the weight and getting fit.
