I LOVE drawing, music, video games, and, obviously, languages! I’d love to go to Japan one day, but first I have to learn Japanese. I get a little bit of help from my Japanese friend, きょうこ, and her little sister, つやこ. I know a lot of words…I just can’t place them into sentences. The の、が、を、へ、から、it really confuses me…and then more complicated sentences EAT ME ALIVE…So hopefully I’ll get over that here…I’m also learning French in school and I hope to advance here as well. I also wish to find a good Korean tutor/teacher because I’m a quarter Korean and I hope to go to Daegu and the rest of Korea. My grandma also knows Korean as well, but she lives more than 900 miles away. Anyway, I might find more things to learn on this site, but aside from that — I LOVE to draw. I draw mostly anime, but occasionally I’ll go into other forms, like landscape or Chinese brush painting. (I don’t know if it has another name…X<) I only like to draw in pencil though. I cannot do colors whatsoever. It ends up being a disaster…So I stick to pencil and the gray-scale. I love music as well. I’ll listen to just about anything – Literally. I like classical (from what I’ve heard…and that’s not that much, but I’m up for more,) rock, new and old, some pop, punk, some metal, alternative. Really, I’ll listen to about anything. I do have exceptions though — Rap and country. I am not a big fan of either. Rap just seems like a bunch of meaningless words thrown together to make a smash-hit for a week and then die. Old, old rap I am up for. Anything new and on the radio like KC101, don’t bother. I’ve probably heard it and went, what? Same thing with country. Nothing new please…Oh, and more exceptions — ABSOLUTELY NO MILEY CYRUS/HANNAH MONTANA OR THE JONAS BROTHERS. I absolutely hate them. Other than that, throw it at me. I’m up for anything. Right now though, I’m mostly into Japanese Rock and Pop as well as Korean Pop (okay, I’ve only heard of Younha, but hey, it’s a start.) My favorite bands and artists right now, and of course it can also grows, are Maximum the Hormone, Yui, Younha, Koda Kumi, The GazettE, Alice Nine, and An Cafe. I also love video games. I love Resident Evil 5, or in Japan, Biohazard 5. I like mainly action and blow the stuffing out of anything that moves games as well as some thrown in humor. RPGs are fun too. Other than that, I want to learn for fun and for future opportunities it presents. So, in the meantime, au revoir and sayounara. (When I learn how to say “Goodbye” in Korean, I’ll post that too.)
