Jackie has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 13 years, working for a variety of corporations in the telecommunications sector. Prior to starting SKYWIFI Technical Consulting, Jackie held positions with Lucent Technologies, IBM Global Services, L3 Communications, Engage Technologies, CMGI, and Wang Technologies among others. Jackie is adapted to working as an individual contributor, team leader, trainer, supervisor and manager.
With her strong technical ability, Jackie provides exceptional technical support for laptops, desktops, software, hardware, networks, gps, web based applications, website design & hosting, and end user support related issues via chat, video chat, email, telephone, on site and remotely.
