Jose Gonzalez

Jose is very compassionate about teaching and helping others learn Spanish. He goes the extra mile by assisting you in any way he could possibly think of to get one to understand Spanish, its culture, the comparison to other languages and it's differences. He fun and humorous.

Mr. Gonzalez is an excellent teacher. He truly cares about teaching the language correctly and making sure that I completely understand it before we continue forward. He is one of the best teachers that I have ever encountered. I would recommend him to anyone that is really wanting to LEARN spanish and learn it correctly. He's the best!

Mr. Gonzalez is an excellent teacher. His method of adding vocabulary while teaching grammar and insisting on repetition, makes learning Spanish easy. He gives just enough homework to challange the student, but allows enough time for the repetition exercises he insists his students engage in. Mr. Gonzalez has a large base of knowledge in many subjects and gives thorough explanations of these when teaching. One thing that I like about attending his classes is his use of music to assist with "tuning" the students ear to the foreign language. I have taken foreign languages where the focus was grammar and conversation, but it seemed that it took me a very long time to absorb the material. Mr. Gonzalez's methods of varying the curriculum and attention to detail, makes a great teacher and a good experience.

I have been learning to speak spanish from Jose for the past couple of years. Throughout this time, he has been very patient and understanding with me, but most importantly he has been a great teacher. I never would have thought I could speak another language in this short amount of time at such an advanced stage. With Jose's guidance and teaching ability, I am. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn spanish.
