Susmita classes are both very friendly and very professional. She puts her students at ease and creates a warm, family like environment in class, something uncommon in a virtual classroom. Susmita prepares and instructs her classes using an easy to understand format. She always include slides for students to visualize the subject being taught. She is very patient and encourages the students to ask questions and provide feedback by answering all questions immediately.
