About Me

I’ve spent many years in Japan, working at various companies and going to college when I was younger. I almost completed the level 1 (ikkyuu), which is the highest one can achieve as a foreigner but I ended up cutting that trip short and returning to the states. You’ll enjoy your time with me as I take a different approach from what I’m told by other students. My approach is aimed at avoiding monotonous lessons while teaching not only the language but things you can do outside of the lesson to really expand your knowledge and understanding of Japanese.
