I teach classes and tutor individuals online as well as in-person at local universities and secondary schools.

I enjoy working with both English language learners and native English speakers.

My tutoring and coaching work with students mostly involves helping with academic writing, essay-exam writing, exam preparation, public speaking, presentations, thesis development, research methods, formatting papers, editing and proofreading papers, citation styles, and publication styles.

I’m an editor, a published author, and a native speaker of English.

Other languages: French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and Latin. (I’m not fluent in them all!)
