About Me

Viktor Nagornyy is a 22-year-old writer, photographer, and a visionary leader. Born in Ukraine, he lived and studied in NYC, joined the U.S. Navy that brought him out to Virginia, and in May of 2009 he moved to Rochester, NY to complete his degree in advertising photography at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Been working with Photoshop since version 7. Now working in CS4.
