About Me

Hello! I am Agro from Indonesia. I currently live in Purwokerto (Central Java) but have previously stayed at Yogyakarta (DIY) and Bandung (West Java), enjoying the unique culture and atmosphere each place holds.

I’ve also been overseas. I lived in Australia when I was 5 years old and stayed in Thailand during my high school years. I would love to go to Japan and USA someday.

Now I am studying Japanese. I’ve been studying it for more than 5 years and have passed the highest level of JLPT (level 1). If you’re a beginning Japanese student, I can help you get up to speed.

I love playing the ancient board game go. I was one of the founders of Yogyakarta Igo Community (YIC) and the translator for the Indonesian version of Hiroki Mori’s Interactive Way to Go. I am now ranked 5-kyu on YIC’s ladder system.
