a great teacher is one who you begin to think you can trust. the more you trust the teacher, the easier it becomes to learn. Chana gives you those hints that stay with you because you believe she honestly wants you to learn and retain what you have learned.

Recommending her absolutely - again.This is my second year of learning to speak Hebrew from her.

Today's lesson was a lot fun, studying Torah and Hebrew language combined. I feel energized by our study, it was sort of like meditation. I am looking forward to next week's lesson!!

Chana always has a plan, and the plan is always presented in an amusing and interesting manner. Today Chana was about to teach me the "happy birthday" song in Hebrew, when lightning knocked me off line. I'll look forward to the song next time.

Today is Saturday, March 21, 2009. Once again, Chana was GREAT! I am trying to learn Hebrew but I also know it is important to learn about the culture. Chana was able to answer a lot of my cultural questions. I think EduFire is very lucky to have her. She is bright, kind, patient and such a good teacher. I think Chana is wonderful. I would highly recommend Chana.

Chana is very patient. I am a beginner and she was very patient and kind with me. I can tell she is a good person and a good teacher. I would highly recommend her.

I just finished my fourth lesson with Chana, and the lessons just keep getting more helpful. Our technological difficulties seem largely resolved, and we were able to spend the hour speaking mostly in Hebrew, with Chana only using English to explain things when my vocabulary was lacking. I find these lessons invaluable for the chance they give me to practice my conversational skills with a teacher who's very patient and supportive. I can't wait for next week's lesson!

Chana is an enthusiastic teacher and she's great to work with. Unfortunately recurring problems with our audio mean we sometimes have difficulty hearing each other, but despite these few hiccups I find my lessons with Chana very valuable.
