About Me

I am passionate about human rights, ethnolinguistics, & travel, and I believe that teaching & learning new languages is central to all three of these things. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, & Japanese and am a native speaker of American English. At college, in Washington, D.C, I worked for the Global Languages group and I have been a freelance language tutor for over five years. I also volunteer for Barack Obama & Amnesty International, utilizing Spanish to help reach out to the hispanic electorate. I am also really looking for some JAPANESE students!!!! :)
