About Me

I love learning new languages (especially the romance languages). Languages studied: Spanish (high school and college); French (high school) I’ve taken 7 years of Spanish through school, 1 quarter of Spanish through Berlitz in Washington, DC and many years of self-teaching. I have cd’s, videos and many learning books on grammar, nouns, verbs, etc. I’ve also joined almost every free Spanish site on the internet. My son has also helped me learn it by taking an interest in the language as well. I teach him what I know and have paid for conversational tutors in my area (Baltimore, MD). He’s really enjoying learning the language and has learned more than what I thought he had (I heard him talking with someone and teaching them what he had learned from me). I’m currently taking DELE tutoring on this site and I find it very enjoyable. Once I finish with the DELE I’m going to move on to Italian (I think), then French, Portuguese, Romanian, website design and any other subject I find fascinating…I can’t wait to learn more from the great tutors on this site. I’m having a great time learning with edufire.
