Hello and thank you for your interest in learning more about me as a tutor here on eduFire.
We are rapidly moving toward a contradictory world of expansion and contraction as our knowledge grows and our ability to share it expands in a world that has become very small due to such wonders as the internet and edufire.
During the beginning of 2010 in an effort to share the information that I am gathering with as many as possible I am hosting the Enchanted Life Salon – The Applied Law Of attraction of the 21st Century Please see the class description and Join us if it resonates for you.

I am also offering a course in Solo – prenuership – “Craft to Cash” aimed at assisting with the creation of a self sufficient lifestyle.

In order to make these offerings available to the widest possible audience most of the offerings are either free or superpass.
Assessment sessions are always FREE.

Alaia Leighland Background – from Cover Sheet -
The world of business, Spirituality and Metaphysics is a familiar place to Alaia Leighland, she began her foray into that world at birth when she was given into the care of a Shamanic Healer and a Southern Baptist Minister. Her “mother” trained her from a early age in the ways of Spirit and how it affected daily life, Her Father gave his guidance from the western religious perspective. These guiding lights shaped her early development instilling a deep respect for Spirit, magic and a blending of religion and Spiritual Practice as it applies to all aspects of life from personal to Business. From those humble beginnings she grew into her teens and in high school she managed a fast food restaurant at 16 years of age to earn funds to finish her education.

From high school she went on to work in several retail establishments both private and corporate always observing and improving the marketing strategy and the customer service by staying steps ahead of the demand and predicting what was just over the horizon.

After completing a course of study in the hospitality industry and a spin through the entertainment industry in Theatre Arts Study, she settled into operating her own businesses where she combined the teachings of her shaman mother with the deep respect for personal freedom and the “Golden Rule” she began with a stint in the network marketing arena as a Director in the Mary Kay Ash organization and continued in a more self styled venue of road shows of her own hand made custom jewelry and metaphysical products.

Alaia brings more than 20 years of combined experience of promotion, business development, retail marketing, coaching and Metaphysical Principles to her clients and the audiences that she addresses.

Through her travels in the US and abroad she established venues to market her product and along the way assisted those she encountered by helping them improve or expand their businesses.

Since 1979 Alaia Leighland has traveled the world doing start up, entrepreneurial ventures and small business expansion. From startup custom designed boutiques in Bellevue and Seattle Washington to road shows through out the USA and Canada and parts of Europe she has consistently demonstrated a knack for identifying niche market trends and capitalizing on them to the advantage of her clients and their costumers. She currently owns and operated a retail gift boutique featuring her award winning designs and representing numerous Hawaiian Island Artist on the Kona side of the Island Of Hawaii.

Alaia’s areas of study include Science of Mind Philosophy, Law of Attraction Practices, Applied Kinesiology, Hospitality Management, Small Business Development Strategy, Dream Interviewing and Personal Futurist Philosophy.

The Enchanted Life Salon

Sessions:

Gemstone Consultations;
A session using 400+ gemstones and crystals where the client chooses a number of stones that are attractive to them. Based on these choices the practitioner gives information about how these choices reflect the current and possible future situation of the client. This is done using a combination of the knowledge of the trace minerals of the stones and the meaning of each. It was originally a diagnostic system. Now updated to be divinatory and consultative. The information is offered as a guidepost only. Use your own judgement when receiving any such advice and information. You are your own best counselor. The practitioner is only a Guide.
Private sessions last for 30 minutes to 1 hour and are recorded here on Edufire and as an MP3 file and accompanied by a snapshot and a list of your stone choices.

Solo-preneurship

A series of private sessions designed to asses and assist the client in discovering the viability of a given course of action regarding any business endeavor. The initial session is FREE in order to assess the course of action and number of sessions needed to accomplish the predetermined outcome. Alaia uses personal experience, insight and strong interviewing techniques to assist the client in clarifying vision and creating target outcomes. Most series are between 10 -15 spread over a 4 to month period. The desired outcome is for the client to learn the process of discovery well enough to be able to apply the tools on their own for subsequent situations. The Overarching goal is empowerment for the client.
All sessions are recorded and usually there is follow – up email or chat support available between sessions.
