I studied German in college and worked at a resort in the Black Forest for one summer. I came back to the States fairly fluent but that was, um, well, a long time ago. ;)I recently met a woman from Berlin on another site and I’m amazed (astonished, actually!) at how much I can still figure out when I’m reading it. Speaking it? well, that’s another story!I’m looking forward to meeting more people here and polishing my German skills!
