I have taken multiple adult school ASL classes from Kristen, and she is an incredible teacher. She makes every class fun, and she uses all sorts of skills to help us understand and carry on conversations, in spite of our beginning knowledge.

Kristen has been my American Sign Language instructor for three classes. She is an incredible teacher, and she makes learning so much fun! I highly recommend Kristen.

Kristen makes learning ASL fun and unintimidating! She is patient and flexible, always willing to communicate at the student’s level of competence. Learning any new language requires effort and determination, but learning ASL becomes natural in Kristen’s classes. I’ve repeated several adult school classes from Kristen, and still learn something new with each class.

Kristen was my ASL teacher for two quarters now. She really helped me expand and grow in my signing skills. She was always so helpful. Most importantly, she was patient with me especially in my first quarter, when I was barely beginning to learn how to sign. All I can say is that I'm saddened that she will not be teaching this following quarter because she is one of the best ASL teachers that I have been paired up with.

Kristen is a great teacher. This s my second quarter with her, and both times I have learned alot, whether I wanted to or not. She is very patient and makes sure that you understand what she is trying to say, whether she has to repeat it one time, or five times. I am sad that I am not going to be able to take her as an instructor again next quarter. I know that who ever she has in her class, that they will be enthralled in the class and that they will learn a lot, while having a good time in class.
