Far from my parents’ home country, Guatemala, I am a born and raised New Yorker. Being the son of immigrant parents, I have seen the troubles that come along with learning a new language, which is why I have such a passion to teach English to others. I am proud to be a recent Oxford certified English tutor through Oxford Seminars. I can help others by pursuing my teaching goals.
I regularly teach a two-hour class on Sundays to Spanish speaking members of my church. Every class is a new and exciting experience. My students have made great progress and I love every minute of it.
I love to travel and explore other cultures and I hope my tutoring experience here will eventually expand to other parts of the world (I would love to visit Korea and India!). But for now, my passion is here in New York and if you are in need of English lessons or Spanish conversation, I would love to help you. Please contact me as soon as possible.
