About Me

Hi, my name is Coralyn Vega. I am a professional web designer / developer / webmaster from the Bay Area (North San Jose, Santa Clara County) CA. I believe in simple, yet elegant, functional, yet user-friendly, but most of all, captivating, web design.

I approach web design holistically, taking into consideration the 3 important aspects of 1) graphic design and branding, 2) user-friendliness and functionality, and 3) search engine optimization and marketing.

My career began as a web programmer in the year 2000 at the NASA Ames Research Center. There I co-developed GUI’s and functional code for ILab, an award winning program that helped to create virtual experiments such as aircraft “wind tunnel” and nanotechnology simulations. I also worked on the visual design, database design, and programming to transfer ILab into a web-based application.

In the year 2003, I began freelancing as a web designer, and in 2007 registered as an official business, and started a professional web 2.0 development team of 5 with our headquarters in San Jose, CA, Santa Clara County, the heart of Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.
