• College Degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University – helps me all the time to put myself in my students’ “shoes” and see what they do not understand.

• French training in the House of Givenchy, Paris, for French language and French culture

• French training in Singapore (all expenses paid by the French Embassy in the Philippines, first in 2000, then again in 2002) for training in the latest in French on-line pedagogy and courseware development using multimedia softwares and the world wide web.

• College Degree in BS Nursing from the Southeast Asian College Inc (SACI – formerly UDMC).

• Board Passer from Local Board of Philippine Nurses with a general point average of 82%. Am now a Registered Nurse (RN).

• March 2009: Classified as a Category One Lecturer (Category 1) in Lincoln College. Category One Lecturers are lecturers who have the most number of classes in relation to other lecturers. Classes are distributed among lecturers by Lincoln Management according to management’s evaluation of the lecturer’s effectiveness as a teacher and the feedback gotten from student surveys. Having Category One status means the lecturer has received double thumbs-up from Management and from the students.

• 3 April 2009: Appointed to give the first In-House Training in Lincoln College. Here, I will be teaching not students but fellow lecturers. And my fellow lecturers chose me to teach them Web Designing and French. Big honor for me but big challenge too. Here I have to use every trick in the book to make the learning experience enjoyable. God help.

• 16, 17, 18 April 2009: Completed three days of training with Autodesk in 3d modeling and animation. (Autodesk is an American company that produces the software 3d Studio Max). Autodesk is a “waterfall” of knowledge and techniques in 3d modeling and animation. I just have to come in with an open mind and bathe in that refreshing downpour. First time Lincoln College paid for somebody’s training and sent somebody for training.

• 26 June 2009, Fri: Chosen by Lincoln College Management to redesign the Lincoln College Homepage (to full Flash page)… Ok, got my inspiration. now have to start doing it.

• 15 July 2009, Wed: Just been given the new responsibiliy of Coordinator for University Placement and Student Affairs. From a teaching function, I now have a management function. Yikes!
