"I attended an online course with Michael in which I was addressing emotional pain and grief. At the beginning of this experience I was skeptic that the tapping methods wouldn;t relieve any of the personal pain I carried with me for over three years. This pain and grief has caused physical changes to my health and well being over time. During my session Michael, guided me into tapping different areas of my body that correspond to certain strategic points, and together we repeated a phrase to centred to my personal pain and grief. As we continued this over the hour I found myself feeling open to the words spoken and with the tapping I began to feel what I describe as a release or freedom from what was holding me back for the last few years. The technique Michael shared with me I have used since and have found that I have moved past the feelings that in the past trapped me into negative and self doubt. Today I am feeling positive about the future and can draw from this experience. "
"During the lesson I took with Michael, I worked with a pain I have ( or better had) on my left side of my face, due to a luxation of the temporomandibular articulation. This pain has been following me for a year, and has not given me a break! It has affected what I eat, how long I can speak without having it, and my entire relationships. When I took the lesson, I was not sure what was going to happen, though I had the pain, I volunteered to work on it, knowing it had some connection with a strong emotional bad experience. With very simple instructions, Michael, guided me into "tapping" the different areas of my body that correspond to certain strategic points, and together we said a phrase, " I love and accept myself..." which was not easy the first time, but became easier every time we did it. The session took 15 or 20 minutes, Michael asked me precise questions , and the most impressive thing is that I was able to show my son how to do it, since he was anxious before going to bed! "
